How long does it take for my delivery?
Our orders ship out within 24 hours of being placed. Here are the expected delivery schedules for their respective locations:

West Malaysia : 3 - 5 Business Days
East Malaysia : 5 - 10 Business Days
International Orders : 10 - 15 Business Days
How can I track my order?
We will send you your tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. Alternatively, you may check your order's shipping status by logging into your account.
How much does shipping cost?
We work hard to lower our shipping costs to pass those savings on to you. For now, here are the shipping charges.

West Malaysia :
Purchase below RM50 : RM6
Purchase above RM50 : RM3
Purchase above RM100 : FREE SHIPPING

East Malaysia :
Purchase below RM50 : RM10
Purchase above RM50 : RM5
Purchase above RM100 : FREE SHIPPING

International Orders : RM40

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

What are the available payment methods?
We're mainly using eGhl as our secured payment gateway. You will have a choice of Online Banking, Credit / Debit Card or eWallet.
Can I request for a return?
You have 14 days from the receipt date of your order to return your purchase. Please ensure the goods you've purchased are still in its original condition with all tags still intact, take a picture of the goods and drop us an email at customerlove@teezlab.com.
